This Lovely portrait is of Helene Fourment.

It is in great condition. There is a little bit of peeling of the paper on the back. Other then that the patina is normal with the age. It was painted sometime between 1800-1850.

It does have a signature but we can not make it out. Looks like an H.

The original was painted in the 1600’s. It was repainted later in the mid to late 1800’s by another artist. it is signed but we can not make out the signature.

Dimensions aprox -5 inches wide by six inches high

Born: April 11, 1614

Died: July 15, 1673, Brussels, Belgium

Spouse: Peter Paul Rubens (m. 1630–1640)

Children: Jean de Brouchoven, 2nd Count of Bergeyck, Peter Paul Rubens III, Hyacinthe-Marie de Brouchoven
