Shipping Cost and Policy

We ship worldwide and offer discounted rates via UPS and CanadaPost. All shipments are insured and traceable and a tracking number will be sent to you when your order is fulfilled. Rates vary depending on the size of the item but are typically between $30 and $100 CAD dollars per item (including insurance) within North America. If something is too large to ship it will state so in the listing.

If there are specific shipping deadlines that must be met, we do reserve the right to cancel an order and future orders if we cannot guarantee a timely delivery within a specified timeframe.

We do have a “no holds” policy without a deposit. On occasion, we may allow holds on items without a deposit under special circumstances. We do reserve the right to remove this hold and cancel an order if payment has not been made in a timely manner or payment has not been sent when stated it would be. Hold deposits are refundable if we must cancel an order due to these circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase and future purchases with a client if payment is not made within a timely manner.

We do require a special ID verification process for all purchases over $10,000 CAD as well as any other lower value purchases, we deem necessary as part of our fraud prevention policy. If these requirements are not met, are refused or ignored, we do reserve the right to cancel a purchase and refuse future purchases.

Everyone is welcome to visit our shop. Please be kind and respectful and we will treat you with kindness and respect. Verbal and/or written threats, harassment, abuse, disrespect as well as theft will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to discontinue dialogue as well as refuse a purchase and future purchases and access into our establishment if these types of abusive behaviors are displayed.
