The No. 10 model is mounted on legs that allow the air reservoir to be mounted on the bottom rather than on the top. The Foot pedal is made from cast iron. The air bladder and and net that was mounted around it to prevent over inflation are no longer with this model. Otherwise the mechanical action of compressing the bellow still works.
